Bellevue has a lot going on this summer—a great reason to take a right at the light when you’re leaving the airport! Whatever time of day you land at Friedman Memorial Airport, Bellevue has some of the best food in the south valley for you to try. If you’re looking to catch some live music performed by various local musicians, you’re in luck there, too! And at the end of July, the NEW Silver Creek Hotel on Main Street will be open for business!

Bellevue is a great place to start your day right. For a cup of joe and a breakfast pastry, The Coffee Corner, and Giddy Up-Coffee are all fantastic options.

If you land midday and have a craving for Southwest Baja Style BBQ food, the newest restaurant in town, 7 Fuego, is awesome—and it’s far different than anything else you’ll find in the entire valley. If you arrive on a Thursday or Friday evening and you’re just dying for a Grumpy’s burger, hop over to the Silver Dollar Saloon—Grumpy’s food truck will be there serving their signature dishes. If a traditional soup and sandwich combo sounds good, hit up Oak Street Deli, where they’ve been making some of the best food for decades.

Ryan’s Mountain Rentals is a great place to start your Idaho adventure. Whether you’re hanging out with your buddies or you’ve brought the family to town, Ryan’s Mountain Rentals has the equipment you need for a fun time. Call ahead or swing by to rent a couple of four-wheelers or side-by-sides and then hit the hills for an adrenaline-charged afternoon of ripping around.

Lastly, Mahoney’s summer music series is back! This popular summer music series brings together some of the best talent from the Wood River Valley, Treasure Valley and Magic Valley. It’s hard to beat spending an evening on Mahoney’s deck listening to music and enjoying the perfect Idaho mountain summer weather.

So, next time you’re leaving the Friedman Memorial Airport, take a right at the light and check out Bellevue’s happenings!
