GROUND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE PROVIDER PERMIT
Ground Transportation Service Providers are required to fill out the Friedman Memorial Airport Ground Transportation Service Provider Application every year of operation at the Airport. Please read Regulation No. 94-1 and provide all required documentation listed on the Ground Transportation Checklist before submitting an application.

Individuals interested in obtaining a tiedown permit at Friedman Memorial Airport must apply for a tiedown permit. Applying for a tiedown permit is a two-step process which includes the completion of tiedown permit application and submittal of all required documentation as well as security access requirements. TIEDOWN PERMIT FEES
The Tiedown Permit Fees are reported every year in the Friedman Memorial Airport Rates and Charges Schedule. Permit fees are issued in three-year terms, any termination of the permit by the permitee prior to the end of the three-year term will be issued a pro-rated refund of the permit fees for the remaining term.
AIRPORT IDENTIFICATION BADGE APPLICATION PROCESS
Every individual applying for a Tiedown Permit is required to obtain an Airport Identification Badge. To schedule an appointment with the Airport Security Department please call 208.788.4956 x104 or email email@example.com.
TENANT CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT APPLICATION
Tenants interested in making construction improvements to their facilities on airport property must complete an Application for Construction Improvement and include all required documentation designated on the application form.
