With the busy winter travel season upon us here at SUN, we’d like to remind you that resources are available to help ease your travel experiences. TSA has fantastic passenger support specialists who can provide on-the-spot assistance. Passengers with disabilities, medical conditions, or other special circumstances can contact the TSA Cares helpline to arrange for additional assistance during the security screening process.
What you need to do:
- Contact TSA Cares 72 hours prior to travel
- Ask questions about screening policies, procedures, and what to expect at the security checkpoint
- Let TSA know if you’ll need assistance at the checkpoint
