SUN 2017 summer/fall flight schedule extends season

The United Airlines fall flight schedule to SUN on United Airlines offers an extended season, officials with Fly Sun Valley Alliance (FSVA) announced.Â
United Airlines will offer expanded seasonal summer service between San Francisco (SFO) and Sun Valley (SUN) from June 10 – October 28 to include:
- June 10 – September 5; daily
- September 9 – October 28; twice weekly on Tuesday and Saturday
United Airlines will offer expanded seasonal summer service between Denver (DEN) from June 30 –Oct 3 to include:
- June 30 – September 5, daily
- September 9 – October 3; twice weekly on Tuesday and Saturday
Other airlines and routes also offering extended service to SUN are as follows:
Alaska Airlines will offer expanded seasonal service (10 months in 2017) between Seattle (SEA) and SUN from June 9 through December to include:
- June 9 – Sept 17, daily (plus two flights per day on Saturdays and Sundays, July 1- September 3)September 21 – December 10; three times weekly on Thursday, Friday, Sunday
Alaska Airlines will offer expanded seasonal service between Los Angeles (LAX) and SUN from June 9 through October 15 to include:
- June 9 – Sept 17, daily
- September 21 – October 15; three times weekly on Thursday, Friday, Sunday
Alaska Airlines will offer its new service between Portland (PDX) and SUN from June 14 – September 16, twice weekly on Wednesday and Saturday.
Delta Air Lines will offer three daily flights from Salt Lake City (SLC) for most of the summer and fall season and will also offer nonstop flights from Los Angeles (LAX) on Saturdays and Sundays and nonstop flights from Seattle (SEA) on Saturdays during the peak summer season.
