If you can Google it, chances are you can probably find a podcast on just about any topic. And so aviation enthusiasts, you too are in luck!
These days, along with being asked your favorite tv show or what you are currently reading, podcasts are also on the list of conversational queries. For those unfamiliar with this type of digital entertainment, podcasts are audio files that are downloaded from the internet to your preferred device. Listeners can choose to tune in when it best suits their schedule and download to listen to later- even without wifi.
While it might be difficult to believe- audio blogging dates back to the 1980s. It was after the invention of the internet that podcasting took hold in 2004. Today there are more than 2 million of these free, on-demand recordings. Some of which are award-winning broadcasts!
