Friedman Memorial Airport (KSUN)

Friedman Memorial Airport Authority (“FMAA”) is issuing a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Respondents (“Respondents”) to lease, develop, and operate general aviation aeronautical facilities at KSUN.

RFP Documents may be downloaded from the FTP site located at FMAA RFP after 06:00 PM MST, September 14th, 2023.

A Mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference/Site Tour is scheduled for 9:00 AM MDT, October 26, 2023, in the Minne Moore Room of the Blaine County Community Campus, located at 1050 Fox Acres Road Hailey, Idaho 83333. RSVP required prior to October 19, 2023, to SUN_GARFP23@iflysun.com.

Inquiries related to this RFP may be submitted electronically to Becca Lynn at SUN_GARFP23@iflysun.com no later than November 9, 2023, at 06:00pm MST.

Responses to inquiries communicated in writing and those presented in the Pre-Submittal Conference shall be included in an addendum document and posted on the Airport’s website and FTP site no later than November 21, 2023. Respondents are required to consider and acknowledge receipt of all addenda received when responding to this RFP.

Interested firms must submit Proposals in PDF format, in accordance with instructions outlined within the RFP document, no later than 06:00 pm MDT, January 31, 2024.
