Request for Proposals/Rental Car Concession and Lease Agreements

Friedman Memorial Airport Authority (“FMAA”) is issuing a Request for Proposal (“RFP”), seeking proposals from qualified and experienced rental car concessionaires.

no later than May 26th, 2026 no later than 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time.

Responses to questions submitted by the deadline will be posted as an addendum to the RFP on www.iflysun.com prior to June 10, 2026.

Interested parties may hand deliver Proposals or send them via mail in accordance with instructions outlined therein the RFP document, no later than 2:00 pm Mountain Time, June 25th, 2026.
