Leasing a Tiedown Space
New Lease Process and Application
Individuals interested in leasing a tiedown at Friedman Memorial Airport must apply for a tiedown permit. Applying for a tiedown permit is a two-step process which includes the completion of tiedown permit application and submittal of all required documentation as well as security access requirements. In order to apply for a tiedown permit, please download the following documents:
*Please note: tiedown permit applications are not complete and final until both parties (applicant and FMA Contracts/Finance Administrator) have signed the application and a tiedown space has been assigned to the applicant.

Tiedown Permit Fees
Tiedown Permit Fee Rates are reported every year in the Friedman Memorial Airport Rates and Charges Schedule. Permit fees are issued in three-year terms, any termination of the permit by the permittee prior to the end of the three-year term will be subject to the most recent Rates and Charges schedule at the time of the lease agreement if the permittee desires to reenter a tiedown lease.
