Airport staff, the Board, and airport tenants are saddened at the sudden loss of one of our long-time tenants, Mr. Peter Scheurmier. Peter passed away unexpectedly on Oct. 16. If you spent any time in the airport terminal, you certainly would have run across Peter. He was the friendly face at Avis car rental, where he worked as the manager. Peter was a seemingly permanent airport fixture who cared deeply for his customers, staff, and friends.
