Sun Valley Tree Lighting Ceremony

An appearance by Santa, live holiday music by Faculty Lounge, ice carvings, complimentary hot chocolate and cookies, and a cash bar. Tree lighting at 6:00 p.m. sharp.

Brunch with Santa

A special holiday buffet on Dec. 23 and 24 at the Sun Valley Clubhouse, with kid-friendly dishes and traditional favorites. Plus, live and festive holiday music! Reservations are required 208-622-2919. 

Dec. 24

Christmas Eve Torchlight Parade

The Sun Valley Carolers will take the stage at 5:30 p.m. with some Christmas favorites. Additional programming to follow with the annual torchlight parade making its way down Dollar Mountain on Christmas Eve. As always, complimentary cookies and cocoa will be served. 5:30-6:30 p.m.

New Year’s Eve Night Skiing

Families of all ages are invited to hit the slopes and enjoy some night turns, music under the stars, and fireworks at 9:00 p.m. sharp. Food and beverage options are available inside Carol’s Lodge. $50/adults, $35/kids. Season passes are not valid for this event. 5:00 -9:00 p.m.
