The Friedman Memorial Airport is issuing a Request for Proposals seeking proposals from qualified providers for Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) replacement at Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN), Hailey, Idaho. 

An optional Site Tour is scheduled for 2:00 pm MDT, March 20, 2025, at Friedman Memorial Airport located at 1616 Airport Circle, Hailey, ID, 83333. RSVP is required prior to March 17, 2025, to eliana@iflysun.com.

Questions related to this RFP may be submitted electronically to Chris A. Johnson at cajconsultant@gmail.com no later than March 24, 2025, at 12:00 pm MST. Responses to questions submitted by the deadline will be distributed via email and on iflysun.com as an addendum to the RFP prior to March 26, 2025. No questions will be accepted by telephone.

Interested parties may hand deliver Proposals or send them via mail in accordance with instructions outlined therein the RFP document, no later than 3:00 pm MDT, March 31, 2025.
