Alaska 

Alaska is offering more gluten-free options than ever. Half of all meals in First Class are gluten-free. First up, the Brusselin’ Vegan Salad, developed in partnership with the west coast-based company, Evergreens. Next, the West Coast Muffuletta sandwich is served on a sesame-crusted ciabatta roll with yummy ingredients like cured ham, prosciutto, arugula, avocado, and mozzarella cheese. Rounding it all out is Aviation Gin, handcrafted in Portland, Ore, which is the foundation for the new onboard cocktail, Wheels Up. 

First Class has a variety of new meals on flights longer than 1,100 miles. New items include- breakfast hash, crepes, frittatas, risotto, beef, chicken, and even chickpea-based meals.

Delta

Earlier this year, Delta Air Lines debuted new menu items. This fall the airline has added a few more refreshing beverages and flavorful treats. 

First up,- Topo Chico’s strawberry guava-flavored hard seltzer. It’s gluten-free and offered on all domestic flights. Customers in all cabins will be able to sample Thrive Farmers’ English Breakfast tea, while Delta One customers can also opt for Guizhou Green, floral Egyptian Chamomile, calming Pacific Peppermint, and malty Earl Grey teas. 

New chocolate chunk sea salt cookies from Seattle-based Bell’s Cookie Co., are offered to first-class passengers on flights 900 miles or longer departing from Seattle. Gourmet Vanilla Fleur De Sell is being scooped up on long-haul international flights. High Road is the only all-natural craft ice cream maker in the United States featuring ice cream made from scratch. Their sundae cups come with build-your-own toppings like morello cherry compote, chocolate sauce, and speculoos cookie crumbles. The sundaes are offered to Delta One customers and the new Delta Sundae is available to passengers seated in other cabins. 

United 

Kid meals have returned to United flights. French toast, sausage, fruit, and a croissant will be offered for breakfast. For lunch or dinner, chicken tenders with fruit, a dinner roll, and dessert complete the 12 and under menu. These will be on select domestic and international flights departing the United States. Grilled cheese sandwiches are available on international flights returning to the United States. 

For grown-ups on domestic flights, five new entrees have been added; Belgium waffles, frittatas, curry noodle bowls, cauliflower grain salads, and a harvest grain bowl. Six new signature entrees beginning on Dec. 1, 2022, via pre-order.
