Ground Transportation Service Providers are required to fill out the Friedman Memorial Airport Ground Transportation Service Provider Application every year of operation at the Airport. Please read Regulation No. 94-1 and provide all required documentation listed on the appropriate Ground Transportation Checklist before submitting an application.

Individuals interested in obtaining a tiedown permit at Friedman Memorial Airport must apply for a tiedown permit. Applying for a tiedown permit is a two-step process which includes the completion of tiedown permit application and submittal of all required documentation as well as security access requirements. In order to apply for a tiedown permit, please download the following documents:
*Please note: tiedown permit applications are not complete and final until both parties (applicant and FMA Contracts/Finance Administrator) have signed the application and a tiedown space has been assigned to the applicant.
*Every individual applying for a tiedown permit is required to obtain an Airport Identification Badge. For more information CLICK HERE
The Tiedown Permit Fees are reported every year in the Friedman Memorial Airport Rates and Charges Schedule. Permit fees are issued in three-year terms, any termination of the permit by the permittee prior to the end of the three-year term will be issued a pro-rated refund of the permit fees for the remaining term.
