Request for Proposals/Flying Hat Ranch Management

Friedman Memorial Airport (KSUN)

Friedman Memorial Airport Authority (“FMAA”) is issuing a Request for Proposal (“RFP”),
seeking proposals from qualified and experienced agricultural operators to lease, manage, and
maintain the approximate 451 acres of the Flying Hat Ranch (“the Ranch”).

An optional Site Tour is scheduled for 1:00 pm MDT, November 1st, 2023, at the Flying Hat
Ranch located at 11378 State Highway 75 Hailey, ID, 83333. RSVP is required prior to October 26,
2023, to nick@iflysun.com.

Questions related to this RFP may be submitted electronically to Nick Carnes at nick@iflysun.com
no later than November 9, 2023, at 06:00 pm MST. Responses to questions submitted by the
deadline will be posted as an addendum to the RFP on www.iflysun.com prior to November
16, 2023.

Interested parties may hand deliver Proposals or send them via mail in accordance with instructions
outlined therein the RFP document, no later than 06:00 pm MDT, December 14, 2023.
